Salary: $24.00 to 30.00 hourly (To be negotiated)
Terms of employment: Permanent employment / Full time / 30h to 40h per week / Shift / Day
Starts as soon as possible

Languages: English
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: No experience (will train)

Work setting
Wholesalers butcher shop / Meat processing and packing establishment
Responsibilities and Tasks
1. Clean meats to prepare for processing or cutting
2. Cut carcasses, sides and quarters
3. Prepare special cuts of meat ordered by customers
4. Cut, trim and prepare standard cuts of meat
5. Wrap and package prepared meats
6. Remove bones from meat
7. Weigh meats for sale
8. Cut poultry into parts
9. Price meat products
10. Sell meats to customers
11. Grind meats
12. Train meat cutters
13. Make special sausages
14. Slice cooked meats
15. Shape, lace and tie roasts, other meats, poultry and seafood
