Altona Domo located at Altona, MB R0G 0B0 is excited to welcome a skilled and motivated candidates to the position of Retail store supervisor (NOC 62010) to join their team. Wage: $31.50/hour
Language: Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Job Type: Full time
Expected hours: 35-40 hours /week

Job responsibilities
• Assign sales workers to duties
• Order merchandise
• Authorize return of merchandise
• Establish work schedules
• Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
• Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
• Organize and maintain inventory
• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers
• Manage cash
• Conduct performance reviews
• Supervise office and volunteer staff







Employment terms:
Must be familiar with POS systems, Microsoft Outlook, and related retail software.
Must be flexible to work Day, evening and night shifts. Should be physically available at the store. There are no remote working options.
The ideal candidate should be customer-focused, possess efficient interpersonal skills, be well-organized and reliable, and demonstrate a strong ability to work effectively as part of a team and must be comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment

Education & Experience:
• Completion of secondary school is required.
• 1-2 years of Supervisory experience preferably in a retail setting is required. Experience overseeing cashiers and sales associates is strongly preferred.
