We are seeking an experienced Cannabis Processing Supervisor to join our team.

Job Description
Main Duties

Supervise and coordinate cannabis processing activities, ensuring work is performed according to approved documents and cGMP standards
Schedule and assign daily production tasks, including drying, trimming, weighing, packaging, and labelling of cannabis products
Train workers in job duties, safety procedures, and cGMP compliance requirements
Resolve work-related problems and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
Apply labels correctly and maintain accurate inventory records using tracking systems
Ensure production suites, workstations, and equipment are cleaned and sanitized to meet cGMP and health and safety standards
Complete inventory logs and compliance forms to ensure traceability under cGMPs and local regulations
Ensure health and safety regulations are followed at all times

Requirements

Completion of secondary school is required
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a cannabis or food/beverage production environment is required
Previous supervisory experience is an asset
Working knowledge of cGMP requirements and cannabis regulatory compliance is an asset
Ability to work under pressure, adapt to changing priorities, and troubleshoot problems independently
English language ability is required
Lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods of time will be expected
