Job Details

We are looking for a permanent, full-time Retail Store Supervisor on-site with an hourly wage of $22.75. The employee is expected to work 30-40 hours a week with a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends. The Full-time permanent position starts as soon as possible. English Language is required.
A secondary (high) school graduation certificate is a requirement, or equivalent experience.
1 year to less than 2 years of experience is required

Job Description

The job description is as follows:
Assign sales workers to duties
Authorize return of merchandise
Establish work schedules
Sell merchandise
Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
Organize and maintain inventory
Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers
Supervise office and volunteer staff
