Position: Retail Store Supervisor

Wage: $22.00 hourly / 30 to 40 hours per Week

Job Duties:
1. Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of store staff, including cashiers and stock clerks.
2. Assign duties and prepare employee work schedules.
3. Ensure excellent customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving complaints.
4. Monitor inventory levels and ensure shelves are properly stocked and organized.
5. Authorize payments, returns, and exchanges according to store policies.
6. Train, coach, and evaluate employees to maintain performance standards.
7. Ensure compliance with company policies, as well as health and safety regulations.
8. Assist the store manager with daily operations, opening and closing procedures, and sales reporting.
