Position: Retail Store Supervisor

Wage: $22.00 per hour / 30 to 40 hours per Week

Job duties:
1. Supervise, assign, and coordinate the daily activities of retail sales staff and cashiers.
2. Ensure excellent customer service by resolving customer inquiries, complaints, and service issues.
3. Monitor inventory levels, coordinate merchandise replenishment, and verify product displays.
4. Authorize payments, refunds, and other transactions in accordance with company policies.
5. Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching to maintain operational standards.
6. Prepare staff work schedules and monitor attendance to ensure adequate staffing.
7. Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company policies and health and safety regulations.
8. Prepare daily sales reports, reconcile cash receipts, and assist in achieving sales and operational targets.

Qualifications:
• Secondary(high)school graduation certificate
• 1 year to less than 2 years of work experience
