We are seeking a motivated and reliable Retail Store Supervisor to oversee daily store operations and lead our team.

Wage: $28.00 per hour

Education Requirement: Secondary diploma

Job Description

Duties:-
-Supervise and coordinate retail sales staff
-Assign duties and prepare staff schedules
-Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns
-Monitor sales performance and assist in meeting targets
-Maintain inventory and order merchandise as required
-Receive and organize incoming stock
-Keep store clean, organized, and properly displayed
-Train and support new and existing employees
-Handle cash, returns, and daily balancing
-Enforce store policies and safety procedures
-Monitor and prevent loss or theft
-Prepare basic sales and inventory reports
