Job Description

Job Duties:
1. Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
2. Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances.
3. Plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies.
4. Inspect kitchen and food service areas.
5. Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
6. Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment.
7. Manage kitchen operations.
