Job Description
Tasks
• Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the retail pharmacy to ensure efficient workflow and high standards of customer service.
• Supervise, train, schedule, and coordinate staff to maintain smooth daily operations and operational efficiency.
• Develop and implement operational procedures and workplace practices to support productivity and service quality.
• Monitor inventory levels, coordinate purchasing activities with pharmacists, and maintain adequate stock of products and supplies.
• Ensure records, operational documents, and business information are maintained accurately and securely in accordance with company policies.
• Oversee budgeting, monitor revenues and expenditures, and implement cost-control strategies to support profitability and business sustainability.
• Maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, healthcare partners, and customers to support business operations and service delivery.
• Address customer concerns and resolve operational issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Identify areas for operational improvement and implement strategies to enhance workflow efficiency and customer experience.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards, company procedures, and applicable operational requirements.
• Assist in planning promotional activities and business development initiatives to support growth and community engagement.
