Responsibilities:
- Prepare machinery by loading, securing, and aligning raw materials.
- Read technical drawings, CAD designs, and job orders to understand part specifications.
- Input or modify CNC codes (G-code/M-code) to define tool paths, cutting depths, and feed rates.
- Measure finished parts using precision tools to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment, including cleaning, lubrication, and troubleshooting malfunctions.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and organized work environment by following safety protocols and wearing protective gear.
