Job Description

Job duties:
-Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
-Schedule shifts for other staff like sandwich makers, etc. and set work procedures.
-Estimate & order restaurant supplies like breads, sauces, veggies etc.
-Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
-Establish work schedules
-Ensure acceptable food quality and service levels.
-Perform same duties as workers supervised.

Job Description

Job requirements:
-Must have completed high school education.
-Have knowledge of English language.
-Must have at least one year of work experience in similar field.
-Pay attention to details and be able to work in team.
