Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years
On-site: Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
Responsibilities
Tasks
• Creating, testing, and pricing new dishes and menus
• Overseeing daily operations, including scheduling staff and organizing food production.
• Ensuring all food meets quality standards and strictly adhering to food hygiene and safety regulations
• Estimating food requirements, ordering supplies, managing inventory, and maintaining budgets
• Recruiting, training, supervising, and mentoring cooks and sous-chefs.
