Tasks
• Supervising daily front-of-house and back-of-house activities.
• Recruiting, training, scheduling, and disciplining employees to maintain high performance.
• Ensuring high-quality food and service standards to drive loyalty.
• Managing budgets, tracking inventory, placing orders with suppliers, and monitoring sales to maximize profits.
• Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and liquor regulations.
• Developing promotional strategies and managing social media or local advertising
