Job Description
Position: Home Child Caregiver
Number of positions available: 1
Work Hours: 40 hours per week
Wage: $25.00 /hour
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

Key duties and responsibilities

• Supervise and care for our son in our residence
• Bath, dress and feed our son
• Prepare formulas and change diapers
• Plan, prepare and serve meals for our son
• Oversee children's activities, such as meals and rest periods, as instructed by me
• Maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home
• Instruct our son in personal hygiene
• Tend to our son’s emotional well-being and support his social development
• Provide age-appropriate educational training through organized activities such as games, crafts, reading and outings.

Job requirements:

• Completion of secondary school is preferred.
• A training program in childcare or a related field may be considered an asset.
• A minimum of six months of previous experience in childcare.
