Join Our Story – About Baby Square
Since our humble beginnings in spring 2013, Baby Square has been dedicated to serving families with thoughtfully curated, high-quality baby products. Starting from a small 800-square-foot store in Richmond, British Columbia, we built our reputation on a genuine passion for making shopping for families more personal, joyful, and accessible.
Over the years, we have grown through community, care, and a steadfast commitment to people first. From carefully selecting safe, reliable products, to expanding across Vancouver and launching our online platform, our mission has always been to support parents with honest advice, friendly service, and a community that understands their journey.
In 2022, we took a big step forward, redesigning our website to provide a faster, more intuitive shopping experience with new features like our loyalty program and improved inventory system—all with the same core philosophy: people first, products second.
Today, Baby Square proudly supports over 3,000 families across Canada and beyond. Despite our growth, we remain a small, independent business at heart—each order packed with care, and every product chosen with intention.
We’re excited to continue growing, and we’re looking for passionate, dedicated individuals to join our team. If you’re committed to delivering heartfelt service and being part of a community that makes a difference, we’d love to hear from you.
Welcome to Baby Square — where every milestone matters.
