Terms of Employment
Wage: $22.00/hour
Vacation: 2 weeks
Work Hours: 32-40 hours per week

Job Description
Specific Duties and Responsibilities
Greet residents, staff, visitors, and guests in a warm, professional manner.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls; take messages.
Maintain the appearance of the reception and waiting area to ensure it is neat, tidy, and welcoming.
Receive, sort, and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries.
Manage the booking of guest suites and resident excursions via booking system.
Perform various administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
Provide information and support to residents, visitors, and staff, including directions, schedules, room service orders and event details.
Maintain building and resident security by monitoring logbooks, controlling access, and issuing visitor passes.
Operate and maintain office equipment such as printers, copiers, and fax machines.
Coordinate and communicate with internal departments (housekeeping, maintenance, etc.) to ensure smooth daily operations.
Document and report any issues, irregularities, or maintenance needs to ensure smooth shift transitions.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
Education and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent;
On-the-job training will be provided;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills; ability to interact professionally with residents, visitors, and staff.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable using office equipment (phones, printers, copiers, fax).
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize duties effectively.
