Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Sales Strategy & Planning: Determine strategic planning related to new product lines and establish organizational policies and procedures in relation to sales operations.
• Team Leadership: Lead sales team in building relationships with business clients and manage negotiations of sales contracts. Recruit, organize, train and manage sales staff of more than 20 people.
• Regional Operations: Organize regional and divisional sales operations, planning, directing and evaluating the activities of sales departments in commercial, industrial, wholesale and retail establishments.
• Training & Development: Arrange training for staff to ensure team maintains high performance standards and stays current with sales strategies and techniques.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with business clients, focusing on negotiation and direct person-to-person sales approaches.
• Performance Management: Direct and evaluate sales department activities, ensuring attention to detail and ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
Requirements:
Education: College/CEGEP diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field
Experience: 5+ years of experience in sales management, with specific experience in marketing, sales strategy, and networks
Security Clearance: Driver's license required
Languages: Bilingual (English and French) – mandatory
Must be legally authorized to work in Canada

Schedule: Full-time position - 37.5 hours per week
Starts as soon as possible
Remuneration: Hourly Rate: $53.00 per hour
Benefits include commission and mileage paid
