Position: Delivery Driver Supervisor

Education: Secondary School.
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
Number of openings: 1
Wage: $34.00 /hour for 40 hours per week
Language: English.
Start Date: As soon as possible
Job Duties:
• Prepare work schedules for all drivers and assigns routes to maximize productivity
• Regular improvisation of the routes to improve the performance
• Supervise and coordinate with goods supplier and truck driver to ensure schedules are met and there’s no lag in delivery times
• Train staff (truck drivers) on job duties and safety procedures
• Monitor truck drivers productivity and organize the work flow
• Keep accurate logs, reports and records of all transportation goods
• Resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve work methods and ensure quality of services and process
