Location: Brampton, ON, L6W 3H4
Work Location: On-site (no remote option)
Salary: $36.50 per hour / 32.00 to 35.00 hours per week
Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-time, Day shift

Experience: 1 to less than 7 months

Retail business setting
Must be willing to relocate

4. Responsibilities & Tasks

Supervise staff (apprentices, stagehands, design team, etc.)
Assign sales workers to duties
Hire and train or arrange for training of staff
Order merchandise
Authorize return of merchandise
Establish work schedules
Sell merchandise
Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
Resolve issues such as customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages
Organize and maintain inventory
Supervise and coordinate activities of workers
Manage cash
Conduct performance reviews
