We(Harlin Bhullar and Rahul Arora)are a caring and busy family seeking a dedicated and compassionate Child Caregiver to join our household. The ideal candidate will provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for our children while supporting their daily routines and development. This is a full-time, long-term position for someone who is passionate about working with children and understands the importance of creating a warm, structured, and supportive home atmosphere. Proficiency in Punjabi and/or Hindi is considered a strong asset. Current First Aid and CPR certification, along with training in food allergy and anaphylaxis management, are mandatory requirements for this role.
Job Responsibilities:
As a Child Caregiver in a private household, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety, well-being, and development of children in the absence of their parents. Your key responsibilities will include:
Assuming full responsibility for the household when parents are away
Performing light housekeeping and cleaning duties related to the children
Bathing, dressing, and feeding infants and children
Disciplining children according to the methods specified by the parents
Teaching and reinforcing personal hygiene habits and social development skills
Maintaining a safe and healthy environment within the home
Planning and organizing engaging activities such as games, crafts, and outings
Preparing and serving nutritious meals and snacks
Supervising and caring for children throughout the day
Providing emotional support and fostering a nurturing atmosphere
