EM Bakery Equipment B.C. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join the team.

This is a permanent, full-time position; 40 hours per week; $36.60 per hour. Benefits include extended health, dental and life insurance.

Job Description
You will perform the duties below:
- Propose, evaluate, and execute on communication strategies and programs.
- Optimize website and all digital content for SEO and GEO optimization.
- Gather, research, and prepare SEO and GEO strategies for optimization.
- Prepare written material such as reports, briefs, website content, and blogs.
- Design brochures, graphics, drawings, for advertising campaigns and website content.
- Manage community channels, social media, and other digital community initiatives, including Youtube, Google Business, Instagram & Facebook.
- Video Editing, digital media content creation, and SEO & GEO optimization of digital media.
- Conduct comparative research on marketing strategies for other bakery equipment suppliers.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for management.
- Advise management on all advertising and sales promotion strategies.
- Provide technical analysis on website optimization, SEO optimization, and more.
- Lead the creation of brochures, reports, newsletters and other material.
- Gather, research and prepare market research with customers to inform communications materials and strategies.
- Conduct analytical marketing studies.
- Conduct online marketing, E-commerce and Website promotions, including managing Adwords campaigns.
- Develop marketing strategies.
- Maintain and manage digital database and digital assets.
- Write and edit press releases, newsletter and communications materials.

Qualifications:
- A degree or diploma in business marketing, communications, or a related filed is required.
- 1 year of experience in digital marketing, advertising, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of SEO tools, Google Ads, and social media platforms.
- Understanding of marketing strategy and customer behaviour.
- Efficiently use a broad set of tools like G-suite, Microsoft Clarity, Canva, G4 Analytics, WordPress, Google Looker Studio, Video Editing software, Large Language Model User interfaces, Uber Suggest, ERP systems, Adobe.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
- English language ability is required.
