Santouka Kamei Canada Foods Ltd. (dba Hokkaido Ramen Santouka) is seeking a Head Food Service Supervisor for three locations.

Permanent, full-time (30-40 hours per week), $34.62 per hour. Extended health available after three month probation period. Bonus is available based on sales performance.

Standard 6-8-hour shifts for this position could be scheduled anytime between 8am and 12am as required.

2. Hokkaido Ramen Santouka, 1690 Robson Street, Vancouver, BC, V6G 1C7;

Job Description
Duties:
- Opening and closing the restaurant, as needed;
- Attend management meetings for new menu and promotional items;
- Supervise and schedule Food & Beverage Servers;
- Resolve customer complaints and inquiries;
- Interview potential employees for new positions;
- Provide on-the-job training for new Food & Beverage Servers;
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and food wastage, estimate and submit requests for new ingredients and supplies for restaurant operation;
- Ensure that food and service meet sanitation, health and quality control standards.

Qualifications:
- Completion of secondary school required;
- Minimum 5 years of previous experience in food preparation or service;
- Minimum 2 years of previous experience as a supervisor;
- Previous experience with Japanese Ramen cuisine is an asset;
- English language ability required;
- Japanese language ability is an asset.
