Select One Nails is high rated nails salon in Ottawa, Ontario, and currently would like to employ a nail salon manager for its operation.

Duties and Responsibilities
Direct and control daily operations;
Evaluate daily operations;
Plan and organize daily operations;
Establish or implement policies and procedures for staff;
Plan and control budget and inventory;
Manage contracts for advertising or marketing strategies;
Hire, train and supervise staff; and
Address customers' complaints or concerns.

Job Description

Qualifications
Has 1 year to less than 2 years of working experience as a nail salon manager or similar role;
Has more than 2 years of working experience as nail care technician;
College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years; and
Client focus; Organized; Reliability; Team player.
