Job Description

Job Duties:
Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.
Maintain general ledgers and financial statements.
Reviewing and posting day to day entries related to receivables and payables.
Periodic reconciliation of Debtors and creditors.
Statement of Account and Bank Reconciliation.
Preparing the payments for the Suppliers.
Recording and filing cash transactions.
Monitoring daily communications and answering any queries.
