Santouka Kamei Canada Food Ltd. (dba Hokkaido Ramen Santouka) is seeking an Assistant Cook for three locations: Robson Street location, Broadway Street location, and Richmond location.
Permanent, full-time (30-40 hours per week), $17.62 per hour. Plus extended health and bonus are available based on sales performance. Standard 6-8-hour shifts for this position could be scheduled anytime between 9am and 11pm as required.

Job Description
Duties:
- Cook everything on the menu;
- Create ramen soup bases;
- Inspect ingredients for quality and freshness;
- Supervise all food preparation;
- Provide training to new kitchen staô€» on matters of hygiene, Japanese ramen techniques, and
other matters.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of previous experience as a commercial cook;
- Previous experience with Japanese ramen cuisine is an asset;
- Japanese language ability is an asset;
- English language ability required.
