Job Duties:
• Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and point of sale cashiers.
• Assign duties to the sales staff, maintain scheduling, ensure store is operating during retail hours.
• Authorize payments via cheque and the return of merchandise.
• Sell, service, and promote wireless products to customers.
• Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages.
• Maintain specified inventory and order hardware and merchandising gear.
• Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters.
• Arrange for the training of new sales staff.
