Job Title: Assistant Manager-Food Services

1405738 B.C. LTD O/A CAFFE ARTIGIANO is currently hiring an Assistant Manager -Food Services for Permanent, full-time position to join the team as soon as possible.

Main Duties:
• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
• Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures.
• Monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices.
• Train and supervise staff
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
• Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.
• Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance.
• Address customers' complaints or concerns
• Conduct performance reviews
• Organize and maintain inventory

Requirements
Education: Completion of Secondary School is required
Experience: 1 to 2 years of relevant experience
Language: English
Salary: $29/hour for 30 hours per week
