Now, we are looking for a permanent, full-time Kitchen Helper to join us.

Job Duties:
• Wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruits as directed by sushi chefs.
• Assist in the preparation of sushi ingredients, such as slicing fish, tofu, and other components.
• Set up and organize the workstation with necessary tools, ingredients, and supplies for sushi preparation.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including counters, tools, and equipment.
• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and cutting boards regularly to ensure compliance with food safety standards.
• Dispose of kitchen waste and recycling materials properly.
• Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper handling of raw fish and other perishable items.
• Perform additional tasks as required by the sushi department manager or head chef to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

Qualification:
• Secondary school education is preferred.
• Prior related experience is not required but is considered an asset.
• Strong communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work during evenings, holidays, and weekends.
