COMPANY OVERVIEW: Gibsons Pho Le Ltd. is a restaurant specializing in authentic Vietnamese cuisine, particularly known for its signature pho dishes. Gibsons Pho Le is seeking Two Line Cooks positions (NOC 63200) that can work in Gibsons, BC and ensure that high-quality meals are prepared efficiently, the kitchen operates smoothly, and customer satisfaction is achieved through excellent food service.

JOB TITLE: Two Line Cooks (NOC 63200)

LOCATION: Sunnycrest Mall, 900 Gibsons Way #8, Gibsons, BC V0N 1V8

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: Permanent; Full-time
ANTICIPATED START DATE: As soon as Possible
VACANCIES: 2
WAGE: $18 per Hour
HOURS OF EMPLOYMENT: 35 to 40 hours/Week
WORK SETTING: Restaurant

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Cook everything on the menu;
• Creating soup bases and traditional Vietnamese cuisine;
• Inspect ingredients for quality and freshness;


PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:

• High School Certificate required;
• At least 6 months of previous experience as a line cook;
• Vietnamese language is an asset;
• Previous experience with Vietnamese cuisine in an asset;
• Basic English ability is required;
