Job Description
Tasks:
• Prepare and cook complete meals of Japanese foods such as Katsu, Poke Bowl, fried rice, Sushi Burrito, and Maki Rolls
• Order supplies and maintains food stock and records of foods
• Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
• Manage kitchen and kitchen operations
• Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
• Plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies
• Inspect kitchens and food service areas
• Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food
• Clean kitchen and work areas
