Inca Hospitality Inc. is looking for a full time Cook for 1036 Lakeshore Rd E, Mississauga, ON L5E 1E4, Canada. There are 3 positions available.

Hours of work are 30 hours per week (overtime paid after 44 hours/week). Pay is $28.39/hour. Successful candidate must speak English. Completion of secondary school is required. Minimum work experience of 2 years is required.

Job Description

Main duties and responsibilities are as follows but not limited to:


- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods

- Prepare and cook special meals for patients as instructed by dietitian or chef

- Schedule and supervise kitchen helpers

- Oversee kitchen operations

- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment

- May set up and oversee buffets

- May clean kitchen and work area

- May plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies

- May hire and train kitchen staff.

- South Asian cuisine knowledge is required.

- Tandoor experience is required
