Currently, we are looking for a Sales Supervisor to join our team. This position will be Full-Time and Permanent, and the work location will be 261055 Crossiron Blvd, Unit 465, Rocky View, AB T4A 0G3 Canada.

The wage will be $22.00 per hour, 30-40 hours per week. The overtime pay will be 1.5x the regular rate, beginning after 44 hours of work per week and/or 8 hours per day.

Job Description:
• Supervise and organize the daily tasks of the sales team.
• Allocate responsibilities to sales staff and develop work schedules.
• Approve transactions and handle merchandise returns.
• Handle and resolve various issues, including customer inquiries, complaints, and inventory shortages.
• Monitor inventory levels and reorder merchandise as necessary.
• Prepare and compile reports on sales performance, merchandising, and staffing.
• Maintain the store’s visual presentation standards, ensuring displays, signage, and cleanliness are upheld.


Job Requirements:
• Education: Secondary school
• Experience: 1 to 2 years of related work experience is required
• Language: English
