Job Description

Position responsibilities:
• Assist skilled tradesmen in their activities at construction sites and provide equipment, supplies, and other required materials to them as required.
• Prepare the construction site by cleaning obstacles and hazards to maintain a clean and safe job site.
• Move materials to work sites and load and unload construction supplies.
• Put up and take down concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, and barricades at construction sites
• Mix, pour, and spread construction materials.
• Remove rubble and debris from the work site.
• Clean work areas, machines, and equipment, and store construction tools at the designated area of work sites at the end of the shift.

Position requirements:
• Some work experience as a construction laborer would be an asset.
• Candidate should be willing to work outdoors, indoors, and in all weather conditions.
Note:
• If any of the current employees of Phoenix Homes (2011) Ltd. makes a referral that results in to hire, the company will pay a $500 referral to that employee.
• Financial assistance for relocation from other provinces or regions will be provided up to $1500.00 for qualified candidates.
