Job Duties:
- Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures.
- Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms.
- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operation of the restaurant food service.
- Recruit staff and oversee staff training.
- Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance.
- Organize and maintain inventory.
- Participating in marketing plans and implementation.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
- Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.
