Job Description
-Manage customer accounts and ensure accurate and timely processing of orders
-Coordinate sales activities, including lead generation, follow-up, and tracking
-Provide support to the inside sales team, including preparing sales reports, scheduling -appointments, and managing customer inquiries
-Assist with the development and implementation of sales strategies to drive revenue growth
-Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and sales data in the CRM system
-Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and finance, to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services to customers
-Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships with customers
-Leverage technology to streamline the sales process and improve efficiency
