We, Aqua Pure Premium Water located at 1320 Dalhousie Dr, Kamloops, BC V2C 5P7 are looking for one experienced, talented supervisor to join our business. This is a permanent, full-time position requiring a commitment of 40 hours per week.

Job Description

Job duties

• Hire and train new staff, supervise their activities and ensure the store is running smoothly and efficiently.
• Manage the scheduling and daily duties required of both the delivery drivers and instore staff.
• Sell merchandise, Data entry for daily water deliveries, in store sales, and various means of fund transfers.
• Produce various monthly sales, tax and accounting reports.
• Find new products to be retailed at a reasonable cost.
• Taking amazing care of Aqua Pure water delivery and in-store customers all with curtesy and respect.
• Handle customer questions, complaints, and issues.
• Overseeing the daily operations of the store, including product availability and pricing
• Maintain inventory and ensure products are in stock.
• Maintain store's cleanliness and health and safety measures.
• Authorize payments by cheque and the return of product.
• Must be able to drive a 3 ton truck and perform plumbing


Qualifications
• Secondary education required.
• Minimum 1 year of retail sales experience
