Responsibilities
Tasks
• Recruiting, training, and evaluating staff performance, as well as managing employee conflicts and creating schedules.
• Overseeing operations to maintain high service standards and ensuring health, safety, and licensing regulations are met.
• Managing budgets, tracking daily sales, and managing payroll.
• Greeting customers, managing reservations, and resolving complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Ordering supplies, managing relationships with vendors, and monitoring inventory levels of food and equipment.
• Implementing marketing initiatives, creating menu updates, and promoting the restaurant to boost sales.
