Responsibilities
Tasks
• Design creative menus, develope new recipes, and update dishes to match trends
• Supervise sous-chefs, cooks, and kitchen staff; schedule staff; and conduct training, coaching, and mentoring
• Manage food prep, cooking, and plating to ensure quality, consistency, and efficient service
• Recruit and hire staff
• Demonostrate new cooking techniques and new equipment to staff
