Wage : $21.00 hourly / 30 to 40 hours per week

Job Duties :
- Select, cut, trim, and prepare various meats, including beef, pork, and poultry, according to traditional Korean recipes and customer preferences.
- Handle portion control to ensure consistent serving sizes and proper inventory management.
- Inspect meat products to maintain high standards of freshness and taste.
- Perform custom cuts and preparation, including marinating and seasoning meats for specific Korean dishes.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
