Job Description

Naughty Paw is seeking a Retail Store Supervisor to join our team in Halifax, Nova Scotia. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising daily retail operations, coordinating staff activities, maintaining inventory, assisting customers, and ensuring efficient store operations.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Assign sales workers to duties.

Authorize the return of merchandise.

Establish work schedules.

Sell merchandise.

Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters.

Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages.

Organize and maintain inventory.

Supervise and coordinate the activities of workers.

Manage cash.

Oversee payroll administration.
