Job Description

Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
Prepare nutritious meals tailored to dietary needs and preferences
Provide companionship and emotional support to promote mental well-being
Perform light housekeeping tasks including cleaning and laundry to maintain a safe and comfortable environment
Support with mobility and transfer assistance, including heavy lifting when necessary
Monitor health status and report any changes or concerns to family members or healthcare professionals
Follow all safety protocols and ensure compliance with healthcare standards
Maintain detailed documentation of care provided and any incidents or observations

SKILLS

Certified PSW with proven experience in assisted living, senior care, hospice care, or working with individuals with disabilities
