Responsibilities
Tasks
1. Supervise and coordinate food service staff.
2. Prepare staff schedules and assign duties.
3. Train employees in food safety and service procedures.
4. Ensure food quality and service standards.
5. Monitor food preparation and order accuracy.
6. Maintain inventory and order supplies.
7. Handle customer complaints and concerns.
8. Maintain records of sales, wastage, and stock.
9. Ensure cleanliness and food safety compliance.
10. Supervise packaging of takeout and delivery orders.
11. Monitor staff performance and work efficiency.
12. Ensure smooth daily restaurant operations.
