Greenway Farms is looking for Farm Supervisor.
Salary: $22/ Hour
Language: English
Education: Secondary School
Job duties include but not limited to:
Oversee daily activities of farm workers, ensuring they perform tasks efficiently and safely.
Supervise and manage key farm activities all year round such as seeding, planting, irrigating, maintaining crops, and harvesting.
Create and adjust work schedules to meet the labor needs of the farm.
Ensure that the appropriate number of workers is assigned to each task and adjust staffing as necessary for efficiency and productivity.
Monitor worker performance, offering feedback and additional training as needed.
Ensure proper packing and shipping of produce, adhering to quality standards and deadlines.
Oversee the maintenance and proper use of farm equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition.
Conduct regular safety training and enforce safe working practices to prevent accidents and injuries.
Maintain quality control and production records.
Ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed.
