The Spa Supervisor may perform some or all of the following duties:

- Review and coordinate the work of Spa personal.
- Develop procedures and duties of spa staff.
- Recruit staff and coordinate/provide training on procedures and health and safety protocols of the business.
- May be required to perform some duties as those of staff being supervised.
- Ensure inventory of supplies necessary for operation are monitored and maintained at levels require for operations of the spa.
- Provide supervision and identify and resolve issues that may impact operations when required.

Employment requirements:

• Completion of secondary school is usually required.
• Completion of college courses related to the area supervised may be required.
• Experience in the occupation supervised is usually required.
