We are seeking a reliable and caring Home Child Care Provider to provide attentive, safe, and age-appropriate care for children in the employer’s residence.
The Home Child Care Provider will assist with the children’s daily routines, physical care, meals, activities, emotional well-being, social development, and maintenance of a safe and healthy home environment.

Job Description

The Home Child Care Provider will be responsible for:
Supervising and caring for children in the employer’s residence.
Bathing, dressing, and feeding infants and children.
Preparing formula and changing diapers for infants.
Planning, preparing, and serving meals for children.
Performing other child-related housekeeping duties as required.
Overseeing children’s activities, including meals and rest periods, as instructed by the employer.
Maintaining a safe and healthy environment in the home.
Instructing children in personal hygiene.
Tending to the emotional well-being of children and supporting their social development.
Disciplining children according to the methods requested by the parents.
Providing age-appropriate educational activities, including games, crafts, reading, and outings.
Taking children to and from school and appointments, when required.
Keeping records of daily activities and health information regarding each child, when required.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Education Required:
Early Childhood Education Certificate (ECE 2)
(bachelor of child pedigogy)
English course- Intrmediate CLB 6)
First Aid Course
First aid with emphasis on early childhood
Additional Education or Certifications Required:
[INSERT REQUIREMENTS OR “NONE”]

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Previous Child Care Experience:
Minimum 3 years experience with Home Child Care with infant and toddler
Experience Caring for:
Infant- Toddler
