Truro Running Man is a wholesale store with a wide range of products including food, beverage, daily consumptions products, lotto and much more. Now, we are hiring a retail salesperson to help the front-end retail area.

Job Description

Job Duties:
1. Operate cash register
2. Operate computerized inventory record keeping and re-ordering systems
3. Provide advice about merchandise
4. Assist in display of merchandise
5. Conduct sales transaction through Internet-based electronic commerce
6. Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties and deliveries dates
7. Greet customers, and discuss type, quality and quantity of merchandise or services sought for purchase, rental or lease
8. Maintain sales records for inventory control
9. Prepare merchandise for purchase, rental or lease
10. Prepare sales, rental or leasing contracts and accept cash, cheque, credit card or automatic debit payment
11. May need to drive cargo truck to deliver products

Qualification:
A minimum of 3 years of retail sale work experience in a retail or wholesale store.
Driver License: Class 5

Salary:
$18 per hour

Monday - Friday 7 hours per day/35 hours per week
