Tasks/ Job duties: Prepare and cook complete Japanese food of Sake Japanese restaurant, including dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances and special meals for patients as instructed by dietitian or chef/ manager, Inspect kitchens and food service areas, Order supplies and equipment, Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment, Clean kitchen and work areas
Cuisine specialties: Sushi preparation techniques, Japanese cuisine
Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Repetitive tasks, Standing for extended periods
