Responsibilities
Tasks
• Plan, organize and manage the daily operations of the gas station and convenience store.
• Manage fuel sales, merchandise inventory, pricing, cash handling and customer service.
• Order merchandise and maintain appropriate inventory levels based on business needs.
• Recruit, train, schedule, supervise and evaluate store employees.
• Assign duties to staff and monitor their performance and customer service standards.
• Review daily sales, expenses, cash reconciliation and inventory records.
• Resolve customer complaints and address operational issues.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for merchandise, fuel deliveries and other store requirements.
• Implement store policies, promotions and procedures to improve sales and operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety, security and applicable regulations.
