Job Description

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking General Construction Labourer to join our construction team. The successful candidate will work on a variety of residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional construction projects at multiple locations. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Mix, pour, and spread construction materials such as concrete and asphalt.
Level and grade earth surfaces according to project specifications.
Tend, feed, and support the operation of construction machinery and equipment.
Fill hollows and remove imperfections on freshly poured concrete surfaces.
Assist with site preparation, cleanup, and general labour duties.
Follow workplace health and safety policies and procedures at all times.
Work collaboratively with supervisors, equipment operators, and fellow crew members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and safely.
