112792 Canada Inc. dba AMJ Campbell is looking for an experienced, hard working, full-time, permanent (32.5 hr) Warehouse Supervisor in the Vancouver area.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Plan, coordinate and control all operations of AMJ Campbell – Delta Warehouse facility
• Manage the space, lot, sections and inventory of Delta Warehouse and develop continous improvement strategies for efficiency.
• Compliance with health, safety, and quality standards. Prepare and execute contingency plans in case of an accident, flood, heavy snow or wildfires etc.
• Track and analyze production KPIs
• Monitor productivity, quality, costs, and efficiency of AMJ Campbell – Delta Warehouse facility
• Reduce waste, downtime, and production costs
• Oversee the operations budget, manage all budget items of AMJ Campbell - Delta Warehouse aligned with corporate (quarterly & annual) budget KPIs
• Hire, train and develop Warehouse Supervisors, Team Members aligned with AMJ safety protocols.
• Manage the maintenance agenda of ramps, shelves, loading equipment, trucks and all other vehicles.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and Six Sigma
• Train the Middle mile facilities

Job Description

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Diploma
• 2+ years of Warehouse Supervisory experience, ideally in a moving & logistics company
• WMS Ramp experience is required.
• Fleet Management work experience is required. Specialization in shipping and receiving is required.
• Manual Transmission vehicle driving experience is required.
• Knowledge of Dispatch track, CCUI and Compass software is an asset
• Strong interpersonal & leadership skills
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Large workload, fast-paced environment, working under pressure and attention to detail is required by the nature of position.
• Availability for flexible hours due to logistical requirements is a must.
• Class 5 driver license – mandatory (clean records will be checked)
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems is considered an asset
• Strong verbal communication and presentation skills, with the ability to lead meetings and deliver effective training.


Remuneration:

• $45.25 per/hr
• 2-week vacation
